RAF Air Ministry aircrew first aid kit

Made from a pale olive drab rubberized cotton, the pouch size = 15 x 9 x 4cm. Printed on the front are details for opening and with Air Ministry and King's Crown markings. The reverse side details the contents and their use. 

Stores ref. 9a-02409, probably dating from the late 1940's or early 1950's.

It has been carefully opened and the contents removed (for safety) then padded out and resealed.
