RAF aircraft first aid bag shell dressings.
There are seven dressings of various sizes to fit inside the bag. The main large one is Royal Air Force marked and is dated 1944. The smaller field dressing is dated 1943. The other five are undated but are of wartime issue and are of different sizes.
