An unusual and very high quality WAAF officer's hand / clutch bag.
Made from black suede leather with a grey leather feature flap, black silk lined with internal pockets, and with a press stud closing clasp. The opening flap has a high quality bullion and silk thread hand sewn, RAF badge with a gilt metal eagle. Bag size, 11 x 10". Possibly owned by a high ranking WAAF officer for evening or ceremonial occasions. A superb accessory item, in an excellent condition.
