WW2 royal artilliery officers peaked cap. A fine cap in good overall shape which has a brass cap badge with slider fixing (may have had a 2 lug type at one time). Brass royal artillery buttons fix a brown leather chin strap in place. Inside has a leather sweat band and a brown silk cloth lining, this has an Alkit outfitters label, Saville row, London. The cap looks to be free of moth and the size is a UK 6 5/8. Named to O'Brien.
