Flowers and leaves

A Victorian sycamore breadboard carved with long leaves and flowers. This board is  well carved and there is still good detail to the design. It dates from c.1890. There is quite deep scratching to the face of the board, and lighter scratching to the reverse, from use, but other than that it is in very good condition. The wood has a lovely, honey coloured patina.
