Dimensions:
A large, 19th century, beechwood butter print. This is an interesting, well carved print although the style of the carving is quite primitive. It is carved with a stylised flower which is something like a tulip in shape. The carving is deep and well detailed. The print has a long handle and may have originally had an outer cup. It is in very good condition and it dates from c.1880. There are a couple of small worm holes which have been treated and filled.
