Dimensions:
A Wedgwood, black basalt cream jug with engine turned decoration. This is marked ‘WEDGWOOD’ and it dates from c.1850. It also has an impressed number ’36’ and a letter ’S’. It is a very elegant shaped jug and the bulbous lower section is decorated with a band of a vertical engine turned design. It is quite finely potted and it is in excellent condition.
