Dimensions:
A French copper, deep saute pan with a steel handle. The side of this pan is marked with the initials 'S.B' and above this is a strange, engraved mark. This would have been the mark of a previous owner. The pan dates from c.1880. It is well made, from a very heavy gauge of copper, and it is in very good condition. There is just very slight scratching to the copper. The interior has been re-tinned, in the traditional manner, so that the piece can be used. Size: Diameter of pan 23cm Depth of pan 6cm Overall length of pan and handle 43.5cm.
