A Victorian beechwood breadboard carved with the words 'Our Daily Bread' and a simple border design. This piece has been well used and the centre is heavily marked from cutting. The cut marks also extend slightly into the border. It is carved with very simple, long stylised leaves and a ribbon. Other than the cut marks the board is in good condition and the wood has quite a dark patina. It dates from c.1880.
