An elegant, reclaimed, Art Deco oak internal door, dating to the 1930's. The door is solid and well made with mortise and tenon joints. The door has three horizontal recessed panels, that we believe to be oak veneer and a large top panel for glazing. We can glaze the door for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door has a varnished finish but it has faded and has scratches, marks and discolouration and will need sanding and re-finishing by purchaser to suit. The door is in very good reclaimed condition with some signs of wear and age, as expected. The door has some knocks and chips, especially to the edges and corners and there is a knock to the base edge of the glazing panel. There are some holes and marks where hardware has been removed. We can patch repair larger holes for an extra charge, please contact us for a quote. The door height may need some slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a stylish appearance and is a nice example of an Art Deco door making it a desireable item for a period home.
