Dimensions:
A handsome, reclaimed, oak external door and frame. The door is heavy and well made with recessed panels with chamfer detailing around them and the top panels form a slight arched shape. One panel is glazed with clear bullseye glass. The door is set into a thick oak frame with sill. The door has been varnished and the frame has been painted. The door has an iron knocker on the front face and there are two iron bolts on the back face.
The door is in solid condition with some signs of age and some damage, as expected of reclaimed items. The oak has some deep scratches and marks and the door and frame have some knocks and chips. The sill of the frame has some cracks, splits and old filler. The door has holes and marks from hardware removal. The frame edges have some chips, holes and some large nails left. The frames paint finish that has marks and fading at the sill and you may wish to sand and re-finish it to suit. The varnish has some flaking. The lock is missing and the receiver will need removing. The knocker and bolts have some surface rust. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is of a good quality and has a handsome appearance, perfect for adding character and charm to a home.
