A pair of reclaimed four panel stripped pine internal doors likely to date to C.1900. The doors have a traditional design with two larger recessed panels over two smaller panels, with mouldings added to the edges and they are solid and well made with mortise and tenon joints. The pine was stripped some time ago but there are stains, marks, scratches and one face has some residue varnish or similar. The doors will need to be re-sanded by purchaser and finished, perhaps with a wax or oil. The doors are in reclaimed condition with some signs of age and use, as expected of antique items. Some slight paint residue can be seen. There are some holes and slight damage from hardware removal and there are some small patch repairs. We can repair larger hardware holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. There are some chips, knocks and surface splits in the pine. One door has a large knock to the base.  Some wood knot splits have been filled. The hinge cut outs have uneven edges and they have been cut so they can be seen slightly on one side of the doors. The door heights will need levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors have a very nice traditional appearance, making them ideal for adding period character to a home.
