A pair of reclaimed Art Deco oak school internal doors. The doors have an interesting period appearance with each door having 4 recessed panels. We could glaze some of the panels, for an extra charge, if preferred. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The wood has a very interesting grain and the doors are solid and well constructed with mortise and tenon joints. The oak has been varnished but there is fading and scratches, especially to one face, and purchaser may wish to sand and re-finish the doors to suit. The doors have been reclaimed from a school and have had much use, therefore they have some signs wear and damage. There are some knocks and chips, mainly to the edges and corners and some deep scratches. The inner edge of one door has some damage, with a gouge out of it. The panels have some surface splits. The bottom edge of each door has a kickplate, on each side, that purchaser may wish to remove.
