Dimensions:
A pair of reclaimed, late-Victorian, stripped pine cupboard doors and frame. The doors have a traditional appearance with four recessed panels, with decorative mouldings around the panels on the front face. The doors have rebated inner edges so they sit together nicely. The doors are paired with a simple pine frame. One of the frame sides is thicker than the other as it has had a baton added. Purchaser could remove the baton or add one to the other side to even out the thickness. The frame and doors have been stripped to bare wood, ready for purchaser to finish as desired. The cupboard doors are of a very good size and would be ideal for a kitchen or pantry. The doors do not have hinges and therefore are not currently attached to the frame. Hinges will need to be supplied by purchaser. The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected of reclaimed antiques. The pine has some knocks, scratches and chips, especially to the top and base of the frame. The doors have some holes, gouges and marks left from hardware removal. There is some slight discolouration and some paint residue to the pine. The side and base of the frame have some slight damage. Please see pictures for condition details. The cupboard doors are very useful for a project and would add lovely period character to a home.
