Dimensions:
A large and imposing, heavy, reclaimed internal pine door with an arched top. The door was reclaimed from a very fine house, once lived in by a Roman Catholic Archbishop of Dulwich and has a very interesting design with very decorative mouldings and circular decorations applied to both faces. The door has been painted white but the paint has cracking and flaking and you will need to sand and re-paint the door to suit.
The door was previously used as an exterior door but as it is reclaimed it has some signs of age and wear and is now suitable for internal use only. There is some separation to some of the joints, mainly at the top of the door. There are some surface cracks, knocks and chips to the wood. The base of the door has some slight damage where it has been knocked. The door requires hardware and the hinges will need replacing by you to suit. The lock has no key and it will need removing. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has fantastic character and a very interesting design and it would make a striking feature item for a home.
