Stunning silver and tortoiseshell powder compact. This delightful powder compact was made by Aaron Dennison, Birmingham 1931 and the bottom powder well is marked the 'Dennison Watch Case Company'. The top of the compact is tortoiseshell with an intricate silver inlay. The hallmarks are on the base of the compact and the 'Dennison' mark is stamped on the inside of the powder well.
The compact is in good condition throughout with some surface scratches overall. The internal mirror has some surface scratches. The compact closes with a soft click.
