An extremely fine and rare Parker desk set.  This superb set comprises a Parker ballpoint pen using Mark III Parker 51 components dating to circa 1969 and is fitted with a fine Parker refill which has some ink in it.  The base is Whitefriars in the form of an ashtray in the Arctic Blue colourway which was produced from 1959 to early 1970.  This set comprises all the original packaging and is in excellent condition throughout.
