An absolutely delightful early 19th Century Swansea porcelain plate.
Beautifully decorated in the manner of William Billingsley with sprigs of roses and various flower sprays.
Width 20.5 cm.
In excellent condition with no front chips, or cracks or restoration and minimal rubbing of gilt. Only faint surface scratches from use and three small chips on reverse from being displayed as shown in the photographs.
An most attractive plate and so typical of the wonderful quality of Swansea porcelain.
Painted Swansea Red Mark on base.
