This is a good example of an antique Georgian solid silver tablespoon that would make a nice addition to any collection of Georgian silver.

It has the Old English pattern to the front of the handle with the back being plain apart from engraved letters of “D*B”.

Made of a good guage of silver and has does have hallmarks although they are a bit distorted but can still be read

Assay Office: London

Date: 1750/51

Makers Marks: E.C (Possibly Ebenezer Coker )

Dimensions: 7.75 inches long in total, with the bowl 3 inches long and just over 1.5 inches wide at its widest point.

It weighs 48g

Condition: Considering it is well over 250 years it is in good condition with just some surface scratching which is only to be expected on a metal items and is commensurate with age and use. It does also have a few shallow dings to the bowl
