A good large Regency mahogany clothes/towel rail, the twin turned top rails supported on scroll brackets, raised on turned uprights with a central rail, the platform supports of break fronted form with large domed roundels; incorporating twin turned rails, ideal for shoes, terminating in compressed bun feet. Excellent colour and patina. Almost certainly by Gillows.
