C19th mahogany and marble gueridon / centre table

Impressive C19th Louis Philippe mahogany and marble gueridon / centre table; of unusually large scale with a powerful presence; the large original circular "Bleu de Savoie" marble top with a detailed moulded border, on a figured mahogany frieze having a slender moulded edge; raised on the reeded trumpet column, terminating with a circular moulded collar, on the well figured mahogany square plinth base; raised on carved bold lion paw feet with scrolled ears to the sides.  The feet retaining their original castors.
