Hannelore Dreutler (1942-2009) was a glass designer who was born in Germany but lived and worked in Sweden. She started in metalwork, including silver, but moved to designing glass for a number of Swedish factories in the 1960s and 70s. In 1977, with her husband Arthur Zimsak, she set up Studio Ahurs to produce her own designs. Vicke Lindstrand worked with them briefly after he retired from Kosta. She became a prominent figure in Swedish glass design from the 1980s onwards, specialising in graal pieces and glass sculptures. Examples of her work are in the National Museum in Stockholm.
