An impressive large table silver snuff box by Aston & Co of Birmingham 1860. It has an ornate gothic style engraving on the sides and the base as well as cast shells on the top. There is no inscription or erasure. The interior has original gilding with hallmarks on the top and bottom. The 15 part concealed hinge is tight and the lid fits well. It is in excellent condition and a great addition to any collection.
