A lovely Victorian silver 3 part stamp box, made in Birmingham in 1898. It has a full set of hallmarks but the makers mark is rubbed. The 6 part hinge is strong with a good spring. The interior has original gilding, leather pad and inset stamps. Overall the condition is good with only very slight bruising to the base.
