A scarce Victorian double silver and red glass scent bottle by Samson and Mordan, c.1880. It is fashioned with a military cap on either end of the red glass. The caps are silver gilt and have a push button to open them, one end has a cork insert and the other a spring loaded insert with the "Samson Mordan" behind it. There are no other hallmarks. Other than some wear to the gilding and one tiny nibble to the glass the bottle is in very good condition.
