A rare mull shaped Scottish silver snuff box. Although unmarked it is of a mid 18th century Scottish style. It has a silver body with beautifully engraved top and sides showing wild animals and flowers. The stone set in the top is an oval moss agate and the base is plain unmarked. The nine part hinge is tight and the lid fits well. A rare and unusual shaped box, a great one for the collection.
