A quality George III silver pocket snuff box by John Shaw of Birmingham 1810. The box is curved and covered with bright cut engraving. It is originally gilded inside and has hallmarks on the top and bottom. The lid closes tightly and the hinge has no play in it.  It is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs, only slight wear that you would expect with age. A great piece for any collector.
