We are saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and our thoughts are with her family at this time.
On July 6th 1944 King George VI, Queen Consort Elizabeth and Princess Elizabeth visited USAAF Station 117, Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire, home of the 379th Bombardment Group. These orginal photographs from an airman's personal album in our collection show the Royal Family with Lt. Colonel DuBose, General Williams, General Doolittle and aircrew.
