Evening all. I'm afraid we have had a total failure of wireless communications today resulting in loss of internet and email - thanks Virgin! This lasted for over 5 hours and has delayed the despatch of some orders, the sending of some invoices and some general emails. Everything appears to be fixed by Mr Branson and his team so normal service can be resumed. Apologies for any inconveniance caused.
