Stores reference 6D/645. Size small. The rubber is quite clean, supple, and the overall shape is excellent. The mask is largely free of cracks but there are some around the inspiration valve. There are also some repairs on the nosewire and harness retaining lugs and minor crazing near the edge in places. These look far more significant in the photos than they really are! The harness is a bit stretched and has lost elasticity but retains some colour and one original rubber band. Lined in beautifully clean pearl grey suede. The mask is fitted with a type 48 microphone assembly (type 25 microphone, loom and socket). A very good '+' to excellent used example. Stock code O18398.
