Returns Policy: Goods purchased Online
Returns to be advised within 14 days of date of purchase and returned within 28 days of date of purchase. Email us at info@isabelhaines.com with your order number.
Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging / box / bag with a copy of the purchase order. They must undamaged and returned in saleable condition.
Returns must be sent tracked with My Hermes or other by the same carrier they were received by. We will arrange this for you (you just need to be able to print a label and tape it up securely in to its original parcel packaging). The courier will collect from your address.
Returns are free for order values totalling over £150.
For order values under £150, there is a charge of £3.50 per parcel to be deducted from your refund to cover cost of postage.
Refunds are usually sent to your account within 5 days of receipt at our address.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: Goods purchased Online
In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, please advise us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
