Sandvik steel blade. Handle made of hornbeam and covered with a protective varnish for excellent resistance to water. High carbon content steel for excellent peeling. Sharp point for removing blemishes and potato eyes.
Top Tip: Will last decades out of the dishwasher (saves the wooden handles).
