A superb pair of 18thC solid fruitwood side chairs taken back to the hessian covers. They are very unusual pair of Channel Islands chairs having many style influences, such as the animal hooves below the shield back, the swirled feet and the odd reeded top to the shield. In their original polished finish that has been given a light wax.
