Pair of 19th Century Scottish Walnut Chairs

An elegant pair of Scottish bedroom chairs with spiral turned and carved front legs. The backs have a exaggerated sweep to them with a wide span carved back rail. They have been fully reupholstered in hessian retaining the original springs with a rolled edge all around. They have their original finish which has gained a very nice patina over the years but this does mean that there are marks, dents and scratches that come from use.

Measures 88cm high by 55cm wide and 60cm deep with a seat height 43 cm.
