French born, Louis Icart commenced his career in 1910, his work evolved in style and method until he was etching into copper plate from where he could produce prints. Title ‘Favourite Scent’ originally published in the 1920’s, this 1960’s reproduction was produced from the original.
Attractively framed in a contemporary frame. We have another Icart print in the same contemporary frame ‘Eve’.
