Dimensions:
Mid 19th century French archtop mirror, circa 1840, with narrow, ourcurving, burnished, watergilt frame and lipped matt gold edge. Where this mirror has been dusted for more than 170 years, the pale terracotta bole is showing through the gold leaf, giving the mirror frame a warm patina. The original, mercury glass is in very good condition and gives an excellent reflection.
