Rare Red-framed Antique Venetian Mirror

This late and very unusual 19th century Venetian margin mirror has a very delicate, enamelled decoration over the red sections of the frame.  Glass outset corners and wide upper acanthus leaf cartouche with central red oval and lower cartouche of acanthus leaf form complete the frame of this very decorative mirror.  There is a little age in some of the smaller glass pieces but the original, bevelled, central glass is in very good condition.
