WW1 BRITISH OFFICERS GOR BLIMEY CAP KHAKI DRILL HAMPSHIRE REGIMENT. Original iconic WW1 British Army Officer's Khaki Trench cap sometimes known as a ‘COR / GOR BLIMEY’. Made from medium weight khaki drill cotton fabric with quilted lining , leather sweatband  and neck curtain. ( Manufactured for hot climates such as Egypt, Gallipoli & India) The neck curtain unfolds with it's own material chin strap. Belonged to an officer of the Hampshire Regiment. In very good condition for its age, free from moth or wear. (light rust storage marks). Size 6 7/8.
