Small Concave Mirrors

A trio of small antique concave mirrors.
A fantastic run of three concave mirrors with patinated copper frames, originally used to reflect high power British military searchlight bulbs.
From a distance, the thick mercury mirror plates reflect a large area & depict the view upside down &, when closer to the surface, distort the view in a similar manner to an old 'hall of mirrors' fairground mirror. A fantastic addition to a smaller area which needs something special!
Early 20th Century
Wear commensurate with age, good untouched original condition with some expected light foxing to the mirror plates which does not detract. The mirrors are identical barring the backs which do differ slightly, all three have (later added) rings at the back & are ready to hang
