Obverse: Conjoined busts right, legend surrounding, with the I struck over E in the King's name, legend: GVLIELMVS. ET. MARIA. DEI. GRATIA, toothed border around rim both sides
Reverse:Crowned cruciform shields, WM monogram in angles, Lion of Nassau at centre, date with surrounding legend: MAG. BR FR. ET. HI. REX. ET. REGINA.
The edge inscribed in raised letters and dated, +.DECVS. ET. TVTAMEN. ANNO. REGNI. TERTIO.+.
