Obverse: Pax (Peace), diademed and draped bust facing right, with olive branch before, cornucopiae behind
Reverse: (Augustus) Octavian, in military attire advancing right, his right hand raised in an act of adlocutio (the formal address of a general, usually the Emperor to his troops), and his left hand holding a spear over his left shoulder, CAESAR - DIVIF, across fields.
20 mm in diameter, 2.8 grams.
A scarce early type example of the soon to become first Emperor of Rome, showing good detail on both sides and of good metal, with a light tone.
