Obverse: Laureate and draped bust facing left, *.* on ruled truncation, first leaf to upright of D in legend, five berries on laurel wreath, with latin legend and toothed border surrounding: GEORGIUS III DEI GRATIA REX.
Reverse: Struck en medaille', four line inscription within oak wreath, BANK / TOKEN / 5S. 6D. / 1811. wreath tied at bottom, I.P. below, first stop higher than the last
