Obverse: Bare head facing right, DES below truncation for engraver George William De Saulles, with the Latin legend surrounding, EDWARDVS VII DEI: GRA: BRITT: OMN: REX.
Reverse: Lion standing left on crown, with date either side, linear circle around with Latin legend in upper half only. FID: DEF: IND: IMP:. The denomination ONE SHILLING in lower half.
Bull 3591 R2; S.3982.
A light tone with superb lustre. Has been graded and slabbed by PCGS as MS64. *None graded by NGC this high with only one graded higher with PCGS.
