Obverse: Sixth crowned bust facing right, value (XII) behind, with Latin legend and beaded borders surrounding: IACOBVS. D: G: MAG: BRI: FRA: ET HI: REX
Reverse: Quartered shield of arms, with Latin legend and beaded circle surrounding: QVÆ DEVS CONIVNXIT NEMO SEPARET

31 mm in diameter, 5.6 grams.
Well struck on a large full round flan, good very fine with a superb deep cabinet tone, usual weakness on the kings bust.
With an old collectors ticket, dated July 1998.
